The capital return of A$661.4 million, being $0.4357 per fully paid ordinary share, was repatriated to shareholders on 3 March 2011. This follows the special dividend of A$138.6 million ($0.0913 per fully paid ordinary share) paid on 2 February 2011.

Also on 3 March 2011, CSR shares were consolidated, with the conversion of every three fully paid ordinary shares in CSR into one fully paid ordinary share.
