How do I create a Trade Cash account?

Please go to www.csr.com.au, choose 'Get started with CSR and follow the instructions for creating a Trade Cash account.

How do I create a Trade Credit account with CSR?

There are two options.

1 - If you are already trading with CSR using a Trade Cash account, please contact your account manager so they can assist you.

2 - Go to www.csr.com.au, choose 'Get started with CSR and select Trade Credit Account. Here you can begin the online application process.

How do I get an update on my application?

Please return to the email you received when you submitted your application. Click on the link in the email to view the status.

Who receives a copy of the application once it has been completed?

The applicant, as well as any guarantors who have signed the document will receive a copy.

Can I reapply for a Trade Credit account later?

Yes, you can however it is not possible to submit another application online and you will have to contact the Credit team. The Credit team will enable this process for you. creditapplications@csr.com.au.

Will my customer email link expire?

No. When you pause your application, you can return via the link within the email.

How do I update my contact information provided on the Welcome to CSR email?

For any updates or changes please contact creditapplications@csr.com.au

I have chose the wrong number of directors. How do I correct this?

You will need to start the application again, either from the website or through your Account Manager. You will receive an authorisation email to authorise the person applying on behalf of the business. Once the authorisation is complete you may continue the application.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Please visit the 1Centre website, enter your email, click ‘Next’, click ‘Forgot my password’ and follow the prompts.

If I have a Trade Cash account, can I apply online for a Trade Credit account?

Yes, you certainly can. Your Trade Cash account will be converted to a Trade Credit account post approvals and checks.

What's the difference between a trade cash account and trade credit account?

A Trade Cash account allows you to use a credit card to purchase product with no authorisation required. A Trade Credit account is a line of credit from CSR and requires approval prior to purchase.

Will I be able to change my credit limit?

Yes, changes can be discussed with your account manager.
