CSR Limited (ASX:CSR) announced today that Christina (‘Christy’) Boyce has been appointed to the board as a Non-Executive Director, effective from today’s date.

Ms Boyce has over 25 years of strategy advisory experience in both Australia and the United States.  She has led strategic transformation programs with a range of multinational and Australian-based corporates, working with senior leadership to redefine their business models, strengthen their value propositions and rejuvenate their sales and marketing.

In welcoming Ms Boyce to the CSR board, CSR Chairman John Gillam said, “We are delighted to welcome Christy to the Company, she brings extensive experience in strategic direction setting and planning, enhancing business performance and implementing change which, together with her enthusiasm and passion, will be a great addition to the CSR board.”

Ms Boyce was a Director (Senior Partner) of Port Jackson Partners. She was a Partner at McKinsey & Co, working in the firm’s Sydney, New York and Chicago offices. Her previous experience includes Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed companies Greencross Limited, Monash IVF Group and OneView Healthcare. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Vera Living and the SCEGGS Darlinghurst Trust. 

Ms Boyce holds a Master of Management (with Distinction) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney. She is a graduate of the AICD.

Ms Boyce will become a member of CSR’s Remuneration & Human Resources Committee and the Safety & Sustainability Committee.  She will stand for election to the board at CSR’s next Annual General Meeting in June 2023.
