CSR Limited (ASX:CSR) advises that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive General Manager (EGM) Property and Aluminium, David Fallu,  has resigned from his position to take on the CFO role at another ASX listed company.

CSR Managing Director & CEO Julie Coates acknowledged Mr Fallu’s strong leadership during his time with the company.

“David has made a significant contribution in helping to improve CSR’s financial position and performance over the last six years.  Since 2020, David has also led our Property and Aluminium teams.  During this time, CSR’s Property strategy has delivered considerable growth in the valuation for these assets. 

“I would like to thank David for his contribution to the company. He leaves with our sincere thanks and best wishes for his future endeavours,” Ms Coates said.

David will remain with CSR during his six-month notice period to support an effective transition. The company has commenced a search process to appoint a new CFO.
