CSR Limited (ASX:CSR) advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 10.00am (AEST) Tuesday 27 June 2023, at CSR’s head office in North Ryde, Sydney.

CSR is once again intending to conduct a hybrid meeting, providing shareholders the opportunity to attend in person as well as utilising appropriate technology to ensure all shareholders are provided with a reasonable opportunity to participate in the meeting.

In accordance with the Company’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of director nominations for candidates other than those recommended by the Board is Friday 21 April 2023, being 45 business days before the AGM.

Full details of the agenda, meeting venue, and instructions to participate in the meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting scheduled to be released on 26 May 2023.
