CSR Limited (ASX:CSR) announced today that Adam Tindall has been appointed to the board as a Non-Executive Director, effective 16 January 2023.

Mr Tindall has over 30 years’ experience in investment management, real estate and development.  He was the Chief Executive Officer of AMP Capital from 2015 to 2020 where he was responsible for leading a global team overseeing funds across a range of investment asset classes.  Mr Tindall’s prior roles at AMP capital included Director and Chief Investment Officer for Property, leading a team managing a $19 billion portfolio of real estate and development investments. Prior to 2009, Mr Tindall held senior leadership roles at Macquarie Capital and Lendlease.

In welcoming Mr Tindall to the CSR board, CSR Chairman John Gillam said, “Adam brings extensive experience in investment management, property development and capital partnerships and will be a great addition to the CSR board.”

Mr Tindall is also a Non-Executive Director of Stockland (incorporating Stockland Corporation Limited and Stockland Trust).

Mr Tindall will become a member of CSR’s Risk & Audit Committee and the Safety & Sustainability Committee.  He will stand for election to the board at CSR’s next Annual General Meeting in June 2023.
