CSR Limited (CSR) advises that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Greg Barnes has resigned from his position to take on the CFO role at another ASX listed company.

CSR Managing Director Rob Sindel acknowledged Mr Barnes’ strong leadership during his time with the company.

“Greg has made a significant contribution in helping to improve the financial performance of CSR and has been instrumental in driving many of the strategic outcomes CSR has delivered over the last five years.  I would like to thank Greg for his contribution to the company and he leaves with our gratitude and support,” Mr Sindel said.

Greg will remain with CSR during his three-month notice period to assist with transition arrangements and will leave the company on 30 June 2016. The company will commence a search process to appoint a new CFO.
